OWL Radio is looking to add a country music show to its programming.
OWL Radio strives to offer diverse programming and realizes we lack in certain genres. The station is currently looking for a Country Music show. The successful candidate should have knowledge of Country music, bands and artists, as well as sub-genres (Bluegrass, Country Pop, Western Swing, etc), and will need to complete Broadcast and Production training.

KSU OWL Radio DJ Job Description:
The role of the disc jockey, or DJ, is to present, link and play music and other broadcasts. KSU OWL Radio DJs may undertake similar work activities to those of a radio presenter, for example hosting phone-ins and interviewing guests. Requires technical competence with the necessary equipment (turntables, CD player, microphone, amplifier, sound mixer) and software (MegaSeg, Audition, etc.,.). OWL Radio is a student organization and DJs are volunteers and receive no payment.
